Our Machining Department

Inside our machining department, we operate a series of 3-axis and 4-axis milling centers, CNC turret lathes, and a multi-spindle mill-turn center with live tooling.

Our team of engineers and designers enjoy a challenge and are undaunted by intricate, complex, and elaborate parts with close tolerance quality criteria. We take on projects involving an extensive range of metals, including those that are less commonly used and notoriously difficult to machine. We also work with many different types and grades of plastics.

We turn parts measuring from .125” to 20.0” in diameter x .125” to 24.0” in length, small components, and those with dimensions up to 50.0” long x 24.0” wide x 16.0” high. With our mill-turn machine, we handle parts up to 8.0“ in diameter. We develop smart work holding solutions to promote easy setup, accurate machining, and fast cycle times. We obtain tolerances as close as ±.0005” ID/OD and ±.001” on straightness and concentricity.

Our turnkey machining services include quality inspection to ISO standards and customer specifications. We offer in-house welding and assembly and leverage a network of trusted providers for heat-treating, plating, powder coating, and part marking. Call today for more information.
